Description

This region in the southeast of the Department of Santa Cruz is still little known and a special destination for the whole tour of Bolivia. Many areas of Chiquitania are very well connected to the new road and rail network, but has not lost its charm and authenticity of the time of the Jesuits over 300 years ago. Thus, it is no coincidence that around Roboré approximately 450 miles of Santa Cruz, is the "Pearl of the Orient". And rightly so - for the beauty and diversity of landscapes are unique and offer a variety of exotic destinations, such as, Chochis, Santiago de Chiquitos and Aguas Calientes.
